Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card. Due to the nature of our business, we will not issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 30 days.
Anything purchased at a discount price, accessories, candles, food and ALL Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
-accessories include jewelry, hats, scarves, cups/mugs, beauty and bath products.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Include your original invoice receipt & please include the reasoning for the return.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 48 hours to process your return once it is received.
